Trusted Tax Preparation

Interested in Our Firm Preparing Your Tax Returns?

We have 3 easy options to meet all client needs. Choose which one works for you!

Drop Off (Non-Appointment) (Walnut Creek or San Bruno)

To expedite the process of completing your tax return, please drop off all necessary documents. Our team will prepare your tax return and reach out if we have any questions. We will contact you once your tax return is ready for review and pick up.

Digital Experience (Online Portal)

You will upload and receive your documents using our secured online portal. We will prepare your tax returns; we will contact you with any questions. Once we have completed preparing your tax returns, we will send it to you for review. Once you approve the tax returns, sign and pay your invoice we will then electronically file the tax returns with the irs & state(s).

In Person Review Appointment (Walnut Creek or San Bruno)

This option is for those who need a little more guidance or have a more complex tax situation and want to review in person. Please note it is mandatory that we have your tax documents 5 days prior to your scheduled appointment (you may email, upload or drop off).

Click the link to submit your tax documents and update us on any changes to your file.

What you should know

While we love working virtually, it doesn’t seem to create the same urgency as a face-to-face meeting. That sometimes creates a situation of emailing back and forth unnecessarily. We will be clear in asking for any additional information needed, once we have started your taxes. If we have to contact you multiple times to request the same information, we may need to charge a fee for the additional time.

A small percentage of our clients do not return the following year. Whether they closed their business, switched to DIY or got their brother-in-law to help for cheaper, the point is we have new spots open up every year. We’d love to help you! If you have a complex tax matter please reach out to our firm prior to uploading, when we say complex – We mean those individuals with current tax issues from other firms or those needing tax resolution due to prior issues with filings.

Client Agreement to Respond Timely to Requests
We believe in mutual respect in client relationships. We expect to meet your deadlines, and we require that you meet ours. Tax preparation is deadline sensitive, and it’s vital that you respond to these requests in a timely fashion to avoid any interference in our ability to work together.

We require that you provide your tax documents in their entirety to our office no later than two weeks prior to the filing season deadlines. (February 15th for partnerships and S corps), or we may place you on an extension.

We begin working on your tax return after receiving all required tax documents:
First come, first serve In an effort to respectfully prioritize our workload, we will be preparing tax returns on a first come, first serve basis. We begin working on your tax return after the last remaining documents are submitted to our office. We are unable to accommodate rush requests.

Your outstanding balance is not eligible for an extension. Although filing for an extension gives you additional time to submit your tax return, it does not extend the deadline for paying any taxes owed. If you do not pay your full tax balance by the IRS deadline, you may face late payment penalties and interest charges. We suggest you make an estimated payment when filing an extension.

We ask that you contact our office as soon as you are aware that you are unable to meet this deadline for any reason. It is at our discretion whether or not we will be able to prepare your income tax return, and we will address these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Client confidentiality is an essential part of our business ethics. We do not share data or information regarding your accounting or tax matters.

All debit/credit card payments will have a 3% service charge fee. To avoid this fee we also accept cash, checks, zelle or venmo.
